Stephen D. Iaconis, CFP®

In the Office : Stephen thrives on helping clients make life altering financial decisions. Oftentimes answering the peaking interest questions such as “Can I Retire” or “How do I sustain a successful Retirement lifestyle?”. In other instances he might be providing guidance to Clients who may need help fixing an old Insurance policy someone sold them years ago. More commonplace than not these days, he is helping mid-career professionals seize the day during their peak earning years as well as working with Trusts and Generational Client Wealth.

Out of the Office : Stephen and Ashley have two active boys and spend as much time as possible outdoors. They all have dirtbikes and mountain Bikes and have run several 5k road races including the 2022 Peachtree 10k Road Race. Their oldest performs with the Alabama All State Symphony Orchestra. Their youngest plays Competitive Soccer and is Point Guard for his basketball team that Stephen coaches. Stephen’s “me time” passions involve F3 Bootcamp workouts, Peloton, Running, and is an avid collector of Kentucky Bourbon.

On Sunday : Stephen is the Chair of the Finance Committee at Grace United Methodist Church. He and his family are involved in the Music Ministry – Stephen plays Drums and Ashley plays Piano.

Quint Cook

In the Office : In Quint’s 25+ years in the Financial Planning and Wealth Management arena, he has built a solid foundation in the industry. He serves his clients with a holistic approach to financial planning for individuals, families and organizations. Quint offers expertise in areas of Goals Based Financial Planning, Investment Planning, Portfolio Analysis, Estate Planning, Insurance Review, as well as Divorce Planning. Quint’s decades of experience in these areas have left him with a wealth of knowledge and experience guiding clients through all the transitional periods of their lives.

Out of the Office : Quint currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama Board of Directors and previously served on Boards at UAB, Camp Smile-a-Mile and Birmingham Collaborative Alliance. He was also a Boy Scout Leader, Volunteer Hunter Education Instructor, soccer and baseball coach. Quint and his wife Lisa have five combined children and four grandchildren spanning from Alabama to South Carolina. Quint’s son, Connor, is an Eagle Scout and he and his wife, Caroline, recently moved to Greenville, SC to start his dental practice.

On Sunday : Quint and Lisa are members of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Haley Dean, FPQP®

In the Office: Haley serves as the office’s Senior Client Service Associate, with her time in full support of Stephen Iaconis’ clientele.  Haley’s experience is deep rooted having worked with Fidelity, LPL, and Charles Schwab custodians in previous firms. Haley has the FPQP certification (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional), which formalizes her level of expertise in financial planning, tremendously enhancing the client experience.  Her “white glove” service style is obvious from the first time you interact with her, alongside her passion for financial literacy and financial freedom.

Out of the Office: Haley can be found with her husband Greg and children Owen and Annie at Oak Mountain State Park hiking or riding mountain bikes.  They also love spending time at Smith Lake with family and their two dogs.

On Sunday: Haley and Greg attend St. Mark United Methodist Church. Sunday afternoons are for the park or simply resting for the week ahead.  They regularly host their family for “Sunday Supper”.

Crystal Bowles, CFP®

In the Office: Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning, asset management, and retirement income planning to the table. Crystal focuses on helping individuals and couples financially navigate life transitions with practical solutions. Whether clients are dealing with job changes, retirement decisions, or a medical diagnosis or loss of a family member, Crystal's strength lies in simplifying complex financial topics with clarity and empathy.

Out of the Office: Crystal serves as President of the Alabama Association of Charitable Gift Planners and is on the junior board of directors for Ascension St. Vincent's Foundation. She enjoys hiking with her husband John and Shetland sheepdog, and Pilates whenever she can fit it in. To wind down, Crystal enjoys watching shows such as The Office and Downton Abbey with her daughter and occasionally playing Mario Kart or Fortnite with her son.

On Sunday: In this season of life, Sundays are mostly full of laundry baskets, meal prep for the week ahead, and visiting or watching sermons from churches all around town with her family. Crystal is a member of Bluff Park United Methodist Church where she has served on the Finance Committee and Permanent Endowment Committee for several terms and started a program putting together food for school children in need.

Emily Marchant

In the Office:  As a Client Service Associate Emily utilizes her expertise to help deliver the ultimate Client Experience.  She has a diverse background from banking and finance to boutique food production and delivery.  She was formerly the General Manager of Olexa’s Café, Cakes & Catering in Mountain Brook, AL, where she was on staff for over 10 years.

 Out of the Office:  Emily enjoys attempting to keep alive a little herb garden on her back porch in hopes of adding flavors to her cooking experiments.  She and her husband, Madison, love Movie and Popcorn time on the weekend as well as making up their own rules while playing ping-pong at their house. She also enjoys working with Madison’s small business making pedal boards for guitars.

On Sunday: Emily and Madison are members of Church of the Highlands.  Emily served on the Production team and has led small groups and Madison is an usher leader.

Lexiss Gallegos

In the Office: Lexiss biggest passion is wealth management. As a Client Service Associate, this passion fuels him to make client's lives easier by providing excellent service and thinking ahead for what clients might need in operating their financial plans. His regular contact with clients and office team members ensures a smooth experience. He has experience in the fields of finance, accounting, medicine, food, and even carpentry!

Out of the Office: A large portion of Lexiss' free time consists of tracking market movements and staying on top of the latest current events. He considers himself a health enthusiast due to attending a local gym, making sure he gets his daily intake of vitamins and minerals, and developing his soccer skills every chance he gets. He also enjoys playing video games that may regularly be labeled as "over-stimulating". However, when the time to slow down arrives he finds his weekends flying by as he spends this time going out shopping, dining, and trying new experiences such as learning to dance the waltz with his wife, Catherine. 

On Sunday: Lexiss attends the Cathedral of Saint Paul and is always excited to converse about his own faith. He is a big fan of classical church music such as Gregorian Chant and is often an usher for Sunday Masses.

John Tompkins

In the Office:  As the Director of Operations John ensures that the team can focus on what matters the most, taking care of our clients.  John believes strongly in maintaining a high level of excellence in all areas.  His focus is creating and maintaining systems that allow our advisors to leverage technology to respond to client’s needs.  Solutions aren’t solutions if they bring their own set of problems and John is committed to creating simple, efficient processes to ensure that our clients are cared for.  John’s favorite phrase to hear is, “That won’t work.” because it means he gets to create something new that will.

Out of the Office:  John can usually be found in his workshop either tinkering with some obsolete piece of technology or working on a car that probably should have been put to pasture years ago.  He enjoys weightlifting, playing video games, and most importantly, spending time with his wife Katie, and their two beautiful daughters.

On Sunday:  John and Katie attend Asbury United Methodist Church.  John and Katie serve the church through counseling young couples about communication and finance in their marriages.  John also consults with churches about how to best use technology to spread the Gospel more effectively.
